1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. We provide car buying services for left hand drive vehicles throughout the UK.

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell. Valid V5C registration document required in your name.

Quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to vehicle inspection. Final payment may vary based on actual condition.

Collection is free throughout the UK. Payment is made immediately upon collection via bank transfer or cash.

Vehicles must be as described. Any undisclosed damage or issues may affect the final payment amount.

We handle all DVLA notifications and paperwork. You must provide accurate information and valid documents.

Our liability is limited to the agreed purchase price. We carry full insurance for collection and transport.

Either party may cancel before collection. No charges apply for cancellation.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
